CORA® White is a named selection in Syngenta’s CORA® F1 range. White flowers add a clear accent to summer bedding, borders, and containers.
## Garden use
The [Syngenta guide](https://www.syngentaflowers.com/ams/sites/g/files/kgtney2381/files/file_field/import/field_media_link/sites/g/files/zhg721/f/syngenta_flowers_grower_success_guide_2018-2019.pdf) lists CORA® White among the CORA® F1 varieties. The [North Carolina Extension profile](https://plants.ces.ncsu.edu/plants/catharanthus-roseus/) describes annual vinca as a compact, well-branched modern hybrid for beds, borders, ground cover, containers, and hanging baskets.
## Growing conditions
Catharanthus grows rapidly with an erect-to-spreading habit. Provide full sun to partial or dappled shade and moist, well-drained soil. The species is hardy in USDA Zones 10–11, flowers through summer and fall until frost, and attracts butterflies and pollinators. It tolerates moderate to high drought but grows best with regular moisture and good drainage.
## Maintenance
Modern hybrids do not need pinching or deadheading. Maintain moisture without waterlogging, and use annual planting where winter temperatures are too cold for perennial growth.
